
Elizabeth grew up in Chandler, Arizona, and attended BYU, where she received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in English and a master鈥檚 in mass communications. She served a mission in Chicago and is currently a doctoral student of American religious history at Claremont Graduate University, specializing in the influences of women鈥檚 cultural and religious change. Her research interests include the intersections of religion, politics, and gender. She plans on becoming a historian and sociologist of religion.
